HP Job Fair Recruitment Ad
HPES wants to leverage social media combined with recruiting visits to raise awareness about HP as one of the premier workplace destinations for graduating seniors.
I designed an advertisement targeted towards students at local college job fairs to increase participation and to help enforce the HP brand. Students that visted the HPES booth at the VT recruiting event had 3 methods to enter a contest to win a free HP Stream 7 Windows 8.1 tablet (with case). They could:
1.) Tweet a picture with #HPatVT
2.) Like HP on Facebook
3.) Register on our recruiting app
An HPES team will tally entries from each entry method. Confirmed entries will be randomized, and two random entries will be selected from those entries.
This initiative is important because one of HP's fiscal year goals is to bring in new blood to the company. Recruiting millennials early, has proven to effectively do so. Utilizing social media is a succesful market strategy that reaches this target demographic.
